Becky
Office Manager / Veterinary Assistant
Becky is the Office manager/Veterinary assistant. She has been working in the veterinary field since 1992, 4 of those years have been spent working for Dr. Danner at Animal Medical and Surgical Hospital. She rejoined the Danner team in May of 2021. She has been married to her husband Mike since 2020, together they have Brahma a Queensland Heeler, Cash a mini highland cow and 7 horses.
Katherine
Veterinary Assistant
Katherine is a veterinary assistant. Ever since Katherine could walk, her feet have been taking her in the direction of animals. Whether it was to play with them, love on them or take care of them. There was no denying the fact that she would make a career out of anything to do with animals. And so, she has been in the veterinary field since 2011. Starting off as a kennel technician, then getting her license in grooming and then becoming a veterinary assistant. She has become very experienced in general medicine, surgery, emergencies, and exotic care. In her spare time, Katherine likes to spend time with her dogs and rehab lost baby squirrels.
Ashley
Kennel Technician
Ashley is a Kennel technician. When she isn’t doing kennel work, you can find her at a local auto auction. She loves spending time with her two children Cylie & Jason. When Ashley isn’t working you can find her at the football field watching Jason or at Volleyball with Cylie. She has 2 dogs, Rosie a Dachshund and Daisy an American Pitbull.
Traci
Receptionist
Traci is our receptionist. She has been working at Danner Veterinary Hospital since September of 2022. When she isn’t working, Traci enjoys spending time with family and her four fur babies at home. Milo, Callie, Belle, and Ruger.
Jenny
Kennel Technician
Jenny is a Kennel Technician. Jenny has been with Dr. Danner for over 17 years beginning back in 1995. She has always had a passion for animal care and is pursuing her education in the veterinary field for continuing improvement.
In her early years, Jenny was always bringing home cats. As she grew up she became a trainer across the street from Animal Medical and Surgical Hospital in Tulsa. Dr. Danner’s staff needed help in the kennels and in treatments and she never left! When Dr. Danner opened his new practice she jumped at the chance to continue to work with him and joined the practice in 2022. Her attention to detail and loving care makes her invaluable! When you meet her, you will quickly see what we mean!
Her two cats, Marshmallow and Sugar keep her busy. She also loves Taekwondo and continues with her personal training. We are so excited to have her back!
Joyce
Veterinary Assistant
Joyce has been a vet assistant for about 3 years now. Ever since she was very young she has wanted to work in vet medicine. She aspires to be a vet and has always been very passionate about working with and helping animals. When she isn't working, she is exploring with her furbabies, fostering animals in need, or working on her many hobbies.
Ashley C.
Veterinary Assistant
Ashley became a member of the staff at Danner Veterinary Hospital in August of 2023. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a focus in pre-veterinary sciences; she hopes to attend vet school in the future. Ashley has volunteered and worked with animals since 2017. Ashley is from Kansas, and her pet family includes her dog named Milo. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going on hiking adventures with Milo, and being outdoors.
Bethany
Veterinary Assistant
Bethany joined the staff at Danner Veterinary Hospital in October of 2023. She earned a degree in Zoology with an option in pre-vet from Oklahoma State University in 2019. Bethany has worked with big cats in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and was a zookeeper at the Tulsa Zoo. She has a boyfriend named Braden, and her pet family includes three cats, Odin, Habanero, and Jeb, a dog named KB, and a lizard named Garbage. A fun fact about Bethany is that she loves cats and birds.
Crystal
Veterinary Assistant
Crystal joined Danner Veterinary Hospital in 2023. She graduated from Daniel Webster High School in 2012, and attended Tulsa Community College where she studied pre-vet medicine. Crystal managed a local dog daycare for 8 years, and she was a veterinary assistant for three years. She provided pet sitting services for 15 years and now has her own LLC pet sitting business.Crystal is married to Lyle and they have a pet family that includes dogs, Paisley and Calcifer, cats, Luna and Octavious, and Gary the snail. Crystal admits to being obsessed with any and all animals. She loves music, except for country music. She is a plant mom who enjoys roller skating and bingeing Netflix and podcasts.
Lauren
Kennel Technician
Lauren joined the team at Danner Veterinary Hospital in 2023. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, pre-vet in May of 2021. Lauren has worked in the animal industry in dog grooming, at a dog boarding facility, and an emergency vet clinic. In addition to her work as a technician, she also works as a dog walker. Lauren comes from a large family that includes three dogs and a polydactyl cat. She can play the trombone, and she loves to go thrifting in her spare time.
